Individual Therapy for Adults (Pennsylvania)

I provide virtual therapy for adults across Pennsylvania who are navigating trauma, PTSD, autism, ADHD, identity stress, OCD, and burnout — especially those with intersectional identities.

My work centers LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill people. Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to your needs. You are always encouraged to show up as your full self - in return, I show up as my full self, too. My AuDHD brain does not understand the concept of a “blank slate therapist.” Ew. Could not ever be me.

Common reasons people work together with me include:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • ADHD and / or autism and executive functioning challenges

  • Disordered eating or body image concerns

  • Self-harm urges

  • OCD

  • Religious trauma

  • LGBTQ+ and Identity Exploration

  • Chronic pain and illness

  • ENM/kink/sex workers

  • Burnout and emotional overwhelm

Therapy sessions are held virtually on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

My Approach

I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to you. Evidence-based modalities that are used include:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Somatic techniques (there are options for those of us with chronic pain!)

Together, we work to:

  • Build coping skills that actually fit your life and are accessible to use

  • Increase emotional regulation and calm the nervous system

  • Strengthen a sense of self and self-compassion

  • Reduce burnout, overwhelm, and shutdown

Art, movement, or other creative approaches can be incorporated when helpful — always optional, and your choice.

Consultation for Providers (1:1)

I offer individual consultation for therapists and helping professionals seeking support in the following areas:

Consultation areas include:

  • Gender-affirming care

  • Working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients

  • OCD and Self-harming behaviors

  • Burnout prevention and sustainability in the caring fields

Consultation is collaborative and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Sessions are virtual and tailored to your goals. I greatly enjoy working together with others in this capacity!

Trainings & Workshops for Organizations

I provide trainings for organizations, clinics, and community spaces focused on gender-affirming, trauma-informed care.

Training topics may include:

  • Foundations of gender-affirming care

  • Supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients

  • Reducing harm and burnout in medical care systems

  • Building accessibility and inclusion into practice

Trainings can be adapted for different audiences and formats. Please reach out to discuss needs, scope, and availability.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers connection, validation, and the reminder that you are not alone. Groups are intentionally small, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming spaces. Groups focus on skill-building, shared understanding, and mutual support, while honoring different access needs and goals.

LGBTQ+ & Neurodivergent Adult Support Groups

These groups are designed for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity stress, burnout, and relationship challenges. Together, we explore coping strategies, self-understanding, boundary setting skills, and self-compassion in a space that centers lived experience paired with evidence-based care.

Trauma & Burnout Recovery Groups

This group supports adults processing trauma, chronic stress, and compassion fatigue. We focus on nervous system regulation, reducing overstimulation, and rebuilding a sense of safety and agency. Sessions incorporate trauma-informed discussion, practical tools, reflection, and mutual support.

What to Expect

Groups are collaborative, structured, and flexible. You can expect:

  • A judgment-free, affirming environment

  • Clear group norm agreements and emotional safety

  • Practical tools you can use outside of sessions

  • Space for reflection, learning, and shared experience

Accessibility & Fit

Groups are offered virtually and include options for sensory needs, flexible participation, and clear expectations. If you’re unsure whether a group is a good fit, I’m happy to talk it through with you before you commit.
